The Target Range Homeowners Association (HOA) is a volunteer group made up entirely of property owners. Since 1980, we’ve been working to protect our community from excessive growth, inappropriate development, traffic and environmental threats.

Article III of our Articles of Incorporation

A: To promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Target Range School District of Missoula, Montana.

B: To exercise, promote and protect the privileges and interests of the residents of the Target Range School District of Missoula, Montana.

C: To foster the maintenance and improvement of those environmental and aesthetic qualities, public improvements and facilities which will assure the continuance of the Target Range School District as a rural residential community of the highest quality.

D: To sponsor and support public and civic projects and programs consistent with these purposes.

E: To have and to exercise all powers, rights and privileges which a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Montana may now or hereafter have or exercise.

F: To do all the things necessary and desirable to carry out the purposes herein set forth.
