Our Mission Statement:

1. To promote Target Range as a rural residential area of the first quality.
2. To maintain/improve the environment, esthetic qualities, property values, public improvements and facilities, and such other features as are desirable to the continuance of the area as a rural residential district of the first quality.
3. To sponsor and support public and civic projects and programs consistent with the other purposes of TRHOA.
4. To promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents within the boundaries of Target Range School District #23 of Missoula, Montana.
5. To exercise, promote and protect the privileges and interests of the residents of the Target Range School District #23 of Missoula, Montana.
6. To have and to exercise all powers, rights and privileges which a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Montana may now or hereafter have or exercise; and
7. To engage in any other lawful activity desirable to carry out the purposes herein set forth.
